Cut-Off Time For Orders

We aim to ship all orders for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays), subject to stock availability, provided the order is received before 12.00pm. If stock is unavailable for next-day delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible after the order is placed to advise the expected delivery time.

Delivery Charges

All delivery rates below are for UK Mainland. For all other areas, please contact us for a delivery charge.

Delivery will be made by a reputable UK national carrier or PIPEKIT vehicle. In the unlikely event that the shipment contains damaged packages or packages are missing, these must be documented on the driver’s consignment note.

Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us by email within three days of delivery.

Please note that we’re unable to send items by Royal Mail post.

Typical Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all products within 1–2 days unless stated differently.

A full VAT invoice will be emailed to you on despatch of your goods.
